Getting started
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up with your email or Google and build your store free during the trial. You choose a plan only when you’re ready. Card payments and buying a domain open once your plan is paid, and you can pay early to end the trial sooner.
How long does it take to open a store?
An afternoon is enough for a store you’re happy with: pick a theme, add a few products, choose how you get paid and deliver, and publish.
Do I need a designer or a developer?
No. Themes are ready to use and you change them by dragging sections. If you know CSS you can go further, but you don’t have to.
Can I move my products from another platform?
Yes. Import them from an Excel file, and our team can help you with the file.
Pricing & billing
What happens when the trial ends?
We remind you before it ends. Choose a plan and pay its first invoice to keep selling. Nothing is charged unless you save a card.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, whenever you want. The new price applies from your next billing period.
Is there a fee on each sale?
No. ys takes no commission on your sales, on any plan: cash, cards and bank transfers alike. You pay only for your plan. For card payments, the payment company you connect charges its own fee, as agreed with it.
How do I pay for my plan?
You get an invoice for every period. Pay it by card on the secure MEPS page, or by bank transfer. Save your card and each new invoice, monthly or yearly, is paid automatically.
Payments & delivery
Which payment methods can my customers use?
Cash on delivery, cards online (MEPS in Jordan, Stripe, PayPal), bank transfer or CliQ, and paying at pickup.
Does ys hold my money?
No. Card payments go straight to your own account with the payment provider, and cash goes to you.
What do I need to take card payments?
A paid plan, and your business papers: payment companies ask for a commercial registration and a licence, as your country requires. Your dashboard lists what’s needed in your country.
Can I work with my own drivers?
Yes. Set your own delivery prices by city and area, or connect a delivery company like Aramex.
Domains & technical
Do I get a free address?
Yes, every store gets a free address like yourstore.myys.store, with https.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Buy one from your dashboard and we set it up for you, or connect one you already own.
Is my store secure?
Every store runs on https, payments are handled by the payment providers, and your data is backed up every night.
Can I use ChatGPT or Claude with my store?
Yes. Connect them from AI assistants in your dashboard menu and ask in your own words to add products, update stock, follow up orders or see your sales. You choose what each app may do.
Can developers connect to my store?
The Advanced plan includes webhooks and API access for your own integrations. Full developer documentation is coming to the Developer Center.
